Climbing the Mountain

Just a few weeks ago the Indians were in danger of falling out of contention. They played the Tigers who were already up ten games and looking to run away with the division. The Indians took three straight and possibly saved the season.
Now the Tribe is only a few games out of first place and above the .500 mark. Most of this was accomplished with Nick Swisher and Carlos Santana out of the lineup. With Santana back (and hitting) and Swisher due back in a few days things could get interesting. I am very curious to see how Terry Francona juggles the lineup to have Chisenhall, Swisher, and Santana playing at the same time.
The 1920 Indians had few injuries and slumps to worry about during their championship season. Catcher Steve O'Neill only missed two games, that due to the birth of twin daughters.
