Where is This Team Headed?

After sweeping the Tigers I though the Indians were going to pile up the wins. Two losses in Baltimore and a loss today in Chicago have me wondering.
I am starting to think the pitching staff is Corey Kluber and not much else. Masterson has been disappointing, McCallister has not improved and is now injured, Salazar is back to Columbus where he is struggling. Tomlin got roughed up today. Bauer got hit hard the other day which means one of our five starters is pitching good baseball.
What to do? We already have T.J House in the rotation and I don't believe there is anyone else that is ready to be called up. If this continues the Indians are going to have a hard time getting above .500. I have not even talked about the hitting.
